How to add collaborators
- Choose your content
- Enter your caption and any other post details that you need to add
- Click tag people and then click ‘invite collaborators’
- You can now enter the Instagram handles of the collaborators you wish to add
- On Instagram, you can only add up to five collaborators on a post
- Once you have reached five, you will be prompted that you are at your maximum collaborators reached
- You can review your post details and click share once you are ready
How the recipient approves the collaboration tag
- The recipient logs into Instagram, clicks on the notifications, which is the heart icon
- They can click on the post to review
- Review the post
- Click Accept
- The post will now appear on both profiles or all profiles of the collaborators
- This post is now on your profile and is now on the collaborator’s profile as well
